Returns
Like most of us, wine is sensitive and fragile and needs the right attention and packaging. We take great care to package your wine shipment appropriately so that it doesn’t arrive grouchy or disheveled. If your shipment appears damaged and leaking, please refuse shipment, and instruct the delivery person to return it, and contact us for a replacement.
Furthermore, if you detect problems with the quality of the wine, just get on the horn or email us and we will replace the wine for free with our apologies and a song.

Terms
It is all very easy. Just sign up for the Perfect Grape Wine Club, celebrate each day with the wine you are sent, and if you find a few favorites, you can reorder at the click of a button or on the phone.
But yes, we have lawyers, and they want to make us follow the rules, even at our stage in life, so here they are:

  • You must be 21 to join Perfect Grape Wine Club and purchase wine.
  • Someone over 21 must be present to sign for and receive the wine. A work address is often a more reliable place to receive wine since UPS will not leave wine at a home address without a signature from someone over 21.
  • Your credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) is charged a few days before shipment. You pay for wine, shipping and any state tax. There is no membership fee.
  • You receive an email alert when your wine ships so you know when to expect it.
  • You can call and cancel your membership at any time. If your order is already in process, your membership will be cancelled for the next shipment.

Due to absurdly complicated Federal and State regulations, we work with the most professional third-party partner (led by Simon Littler) to execute the compliance and shipping of our wines. Of course, we closely manage your experience with The Perfect Grape and completely stand by our wines all the way to your taste buds.
