  Our goal is to make your experience with the NapaStyle wine club fun, interesting and educational by selecting the best possible wines at the best values and including informative wine tasting notes and Michael’s recipe pairings.

Returns
We take great care to package your wine shipment appropriately so that it arrives safely. However, if your shipment appears damaged and leaking, please refuse the shipment, instruct the delivery person to return it, and then contact us for a replacement.

Furthermore, if you ever detect problems with the quality of the wine, just contact us and we will replace the wine for free with our apologies. Wine is a natural product and occasionally a bottle will go bad.

Terms
It is all very easy. Just sign up for the NapaStyle wine club for every 1, 2 or 3 month shipments, then enjoy your wines, and if you find a few new favorites you can reorder at the click of a button or on the phone.

But yes, we have lawyers, and they want to make us follow the rules, so here they are:
  • You must be 21 to join the NapaStyle wine club and purchase wine.
  • Someone over 21 must be present to sign for and receive the wine. A work address is often a more reliable place to receive wine since UPS will not leave wine at a home address without a signature from someone over 21.
  • Your credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) is charged a few days before shipment. You pay for wine, shipping and any state tax. There is no membership fee.
  • You receive an email alert when your wine ships so you know when to expect it.
  • You can call and cancel your membership at any time. If your order is already in process, your membership will be cancelled for the next shipment.

Due to absurdly complicated Federal and State regulations, we work with a professional third-party partner, the Global Wine Company, to execute the compliance and shipping of our wines. Of course, we help select the wines, create the recipes and closely manage your experience with NapaStyle wine club—all the way to your taste buds.
